Septic Arthritis Symptoms

Septic arthritis typically causes extreme pain and difficulty using the affected joint. The pain typically gets worse with movement and comes on rapidly in a matter of hours or days, and may include a swollen, red and warm joint accompanied by fever, chills, fatigue/weakness and the inability to move the affected joint.
